VENDOR PACKAGE OPPORTUNITIES

  • Vendor Space Only Opportunity
    • Cost $150 per day, or max of $300 per event
    • Must be paid when booking our event
  • Vendor Showcase Opportunity
    • Cost is $999 for showcasing 10 - 12 pieces on the runway in our Vendor Showcase
    • Price includes Vendor Space Area
    • Vendor can walk the Runway at the conclusion of his/her items being modeled
    • Models will be provided
    • A deposit of $300 is required when booking our event with the remainder must be paid by August 1 for September shows and January 1 for February shows. Vendor advertisement will be added to our promotional material once fee is paid in full.

VENDOR REGULATIONS

  • Products must be of professional quality
  • Professional conduct is expected of all vendors
  • Only a maximum of two people is allowed in a booth at one time
  • Vendors must keep booth space clean at all times
  • Vendors cannot impede on the space of other vendors or open spaces
  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales and products
  • UBU or any of its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Vulgar or inappropriate products are not permitted 
  • Vendors product line must be approved before being accepted as a vendor
  • Only vendors who pay their vendor fee in full are accepted
  • Foul, rude, or inappropriate behavior is cause for a vendor to be asked to leave the event with no refund
  • No refunds given at any time
  • Not all vendors may be accepted based on the number of vendors selling the same products
