SPONSOR REGULATIONS (vary based on what level of sponsorship you choose)
- Products or Services must be of professional quality
- Professional conduct is expected of all representatives
- Only a maximum of two people is allowed in a booth at one time
- Sponsors must keep booth space clean at all times
- Sponsors cannot impede on the space of other sponsors or open spaces
- Sponsors are responsible for their own sales and products
- UBU or any of its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Vulgar or inappropriate products are not permitted
- Sponsors product line must be approved before being accepted as a sponsor
- Only sponsors who pay their sponsor fee in full are accepted
- Foul, rude, or inappropriate behavior is cause for a sponsor to be asked to leave the event
- No refunds given at any time
- Not all sponsors may be accepted based on the number of sponsors selling the same products or with the decision that a sponsorship does not align with the goals and/or focus of UBU
- Sponsors do not need to be at an event to be a sponsor
- Sponsors who are not attending at an event must make arrangements for items/services/inserts to be delivered to our office 30 days prior to an event
- Sponsorships will be announced or added to our advertisement. when payment is received in full
- Upon being accepted as a sponsor you will receive a link to pay for your sponsorship
- Sponsorships may be paid in full in one payment or through a payment plan. No sponsorships are announced or released until payment is received in full. Payments will be made via Venmo or PayPal.
