Congratulations on being selected as a UBU Pageant Partner. We are excited to partner with you to bring your royalty to the world stage as a runway model! You and your Golden Ticket holders will enjoy an experience of a lifetime.
Directors and models are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Hotel information and event location is listed below. Additional Guests will be required to purchase tickets to the events they plan on attending. The Model Casting list will be available after September 15 so they will know which show they need to purchase tickets for. Tickets can be purchased by clicking HERE.

As a director you will receive the following when you have five or more of your royalty walking in at least one or more of our designer showcases:
- One Free General Admission Golden Ticket to watch your royalty in all events, except Private Showcases
- A 2-hour time slot in our Pageant Partners Information Booth to share information about your pageant with our guests and models
- Walk with your royalty in the Royal Runway Showcase
- Full-page ad for your pageant in our Official UK Fashion Week Program Book
- One complimentary official souvenir Program Book
- Official Pageant Partner UK Fashion Week Lanyard
We also offer additional Pageant Vendors Booths if you would like to set up a booth to recruit and share information about your pageant system during the entire event. A Pageant Vendors Booth is only £35 for the event.
Your pageant royalty will have the opportunity to wear their crown and sash while participating in our Royal Runway Showcase during our event, as well as be cast as a model for one of our designers during UK Fashion Week weekend. They will also be allowed to participate in our Model and Talent Competitions. These competitions are NOT pageant related. They are designed to give everyone more time to shine on stage and to build stronger modeling and talent skills.
Golden Ticket holders to not be charged a modeling fee to model in our event, but they are required to purchase a Model Essentials Package of their choosing. This package ensures our designers that models will have everything they need to elevate their brands professionally while also giving our models the opportunity to participate in other activities and receive some great UK Fashion Week services and merchandise.

The deadline for registration is 10 days or less from the time in which they have been selected for the Golden Model Tickets. If you have someone who doesn't register within that time frame, you may award their Golden Ticket to someone else. You will receive an email with the Model Golden Ticket for you to print and present to your winners.
As a director, if you do not meet your minimum of ten models, you will receive everything in the Director Essentials Package except the Golden Admission Ticket. You will then need to purchase your own tickets to attend any of our events.
